👩⚕️ What do we do?

Medical Piercing is a naturopathic practice specialising in wellbeing piercings in District 13, by Jászai Mari tér. In a cosy little studio on the Pest bank of the Danube, we help our guests to live a calmer, more balanced, pain-free life.

☑ What we expect:

- Front office / customer service experience.
- Telephone experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic financial / invoicing knowledge
- An open personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Helpfulness, punctuality, a sense of responsibility.
- And of course, smile and love people! 🙂

👇 This will be your job:

You will welcome our guests in the studio, have them fill in the treatment form, and manage appointments, schedules and cancellations. You will answer incoming emails and messages. You will issue invoices and keep in touch with the accountant.

📞 Telephone experience is needed because there are incoming calls every day, which we answer very kindly 🙂
