First of all, we carry out an assessment before inserting the allergy / Shenmen piercing. We examine the condition of your ear, talk about your complaints and also take your medical history.

Then, using a special point location, we determine the exact position of the allergy piercing on your ear.

2. Protect your allergy piercing from external impact (e.g. a sudden tug) and from cosmetics (e.g. foundation).
3. Make sure that water doesn’t get on it when bathing, especially when washing your hair, and that no shampoo or conditioner runs onto it.
4. Avoid baths, saunas and swimming pools while it heals.
5. Don’t move the piercing, as this can hinder wound healing.
6. Only remove / change your allergy piercing once it has fully healed!
