Receptionist job – Sopron

What do we do?

Medical Piercing is a studio specialising in wellbeing piercings. After our success in Budapest, now in our new Sopron studio we also help our guests to live a calmer, more balanced, pain-free life.

What we expect:

- Front office / customer service experience.
- Knowledge of German

- Telephone experience.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Advanced knowledge of Canva (or any image editor).

- Experience managing Facebook / Instagram.

- An open personality.

- Good communication skills.

- Helpfulness, punctuality, a sense of responsibility.

- And of course, smile and love people!

This will be your job:

You will welcome our guests in the studio, have them fill in the treatment form, and manage appointments, schedules and cancellations. You will answer incoming emails and messages. This is a position of great trust, as we will entrust you with handling the till and ordering supplies, and managing our Facebook and Insta pages will also be in your hands.

Telephone experience is needed because we believe it is important to care for our guests, so every week you will call that week’s guests and ask them for feedback

You won’t be bored: it will be a truly fast-paced job, yet in a very calm and uncluttered studio that is on a strong path of growth.
